Hoshi is a runaway from Planet K-931. He is apart of the Ryuusei royal family. His race is able to manipulate different elements by using a mix between a highly developed science and spirituality known as "majik." Members of the royal family are able to manipulate a cosmic type of majik known as *Celestia*.
Hoshi has fled to Earth for a chance to discover himself.
